How Cured-in-Place Pipe Lining Works

Cured-in-place pipe lining, or CIPP, creates a new pipe inside your existing one without digging up your yard. Cleaning, Liner Insertion, & Curing

A clean surface is necessary for the liner to bond correctly. Then, a resin-saturated flexible liner is inserted through an existing access point, usually a cleanout, and positioned along the damaged section. No excavation is required.

The liner cures in place, hardening into a new jointless pipe within the old one. The result can work across pipe materials, including clay, cast iron, and PVC, and helps reduce the joints and seams where root intrusion and leaks typically begin.
